This is THE place to go after a visit to Celebration Park! You'll be lucky if Beth is cooking. She is GOOD. Limited menu, full bar I think, pool tables, and TVs set on DIY channels, I think. You'll end up watching some random program while you wait. Everyone stops by for a burger and fries. You'll see workmen at lunchtime, old guys meeting to shoot pool, families passing through. I've never been in the evening but the bar will be busier I suppose. Melba is a tiny town that grows to 10,000 or more for their annual 4th of July parade and outrageous fireworks display.

Everyone stops in for burger and fries. You'll see workmen on their lunch break, old guys shooting pool, families passing through. Melba is a tiny town 15 miles south of Nampa.
