Nice public beach on Crystal Lake with tennis courts, children play equipment and shopping nearby. Common site for Beulah art festival etc.

Lake Michigan too cold? Try inland Crystal Lake! This small beach is accessible from Frankfort by car or via the Betsie Valley Trail and includes a playground, restrooms, and there's an ice cream shop right around the corner. (Beware of "swimmer's itch" in late summer)

Lovely public beach in downtown Beulah. Lots of parking usually available, great clean water, playground and public restrooms.
