This place opened very recently and it has Greek souvlaki but in it's gourmet version which is quite nice! Excellent if you want something quick and tasty.

At Hoocut, a joint venture between five successful chefs, the pita bread is baked in-house and top-quality cuts of meat (including mutton and premium beef) are thinly cut before grilling—like gyros, but with a leaner result.

Don’t leave Athens without trying “Souvlaki” in Hoocut! Owned by 5 famous chefs this place became talk of the town and for a reason. You can choose among 4 different meat variations (pork, chicken, beef and lamb) to fill your souvlaki (pita bread is homemade and that’s a big +) My personal best is the lamb variation with french fries, tomato and their signature sauce. In addition you can accompany your meal with various salads (all vegetables originate from small farms around Greece to ensure high quality!)
