Washington Square Park is another one of my favorite places to hang in the city, especially on a Spring or Summer day. Head here to hang around the fountain, people watch, eat a snack, and view the Washington Square Arch. During the Summer, they also hold different free activities you can check for!

Only .7 miles easy walking distance away and with its epic arch and fountain this is a must see. Alongside the views are all the wondrous happenings that occur in this exciting park and the many artists who frequent there. Enjoy all types of performance art, drum circles, many different styles of dancing, political rallies, artist tables, lawns, benches, and a variety of other fun activities!
