Place with a cool vibe near the capitol building. Try the many varieties of waffles. We get them to make us 1/2 banana/cookie batter and 1/2 strawberry/nutella and cut them in quarters. YUM

In the heart of downtown Boise this gem has the best chicken and waffles I have ever had. Connected to Boise fry company (a local favorite) you'll find tons of great stores, bars, and activities close by. Check-em-out!

Delicious breakfast! My favorite is the strawberries and Nutella. They also have a food truck at the Saturday Market.
