Beautiful drive up the canyon. Snowbird offers a tram that takes you up to the summit of a hidden peak that offers a view of several different valleys. Snowbird isn't a resort I would recommend for novice skiers because the slopes are quite steep.

Snowbird is one of the premier ski resorts to visit for advanced and expert level skiers. From the top of the tram the runs off of the frontside and backside of the Cirque is some of the most amazing expert terrain to ski in the US. The whole mountain is amazing for that matter, for any seasoned skier I couldn't recommend a visit to Snowbird highly enough!
