Moshi Medellín is an ode to Asian cuisine inspired by Colombian ingredients and by the same team as Carmen restaurant (mentioned above).. The menu is devoted to artisanal products and flavors from all over the country, with a special nod to the Caribbean, and interpreted into traditional Asian dishes. An upscale restaurant with great food, cocktails, ambiance, and service. If you are craving a Japanese Omakase experience, this is the place to go. Reservations are recommended.

El año pasado, Carmen y Rob, enfermos de la cocina como son, abrieron en Cartagena otro restaurante llamado Moshi, que también acaba de debutar en Medellín. No es oriental ni tampoco es colombiano, pero sí es ambas cosas –¡y funciona!–. Una arriesgada combinación que aquí contó con la fortuna de los buenos resultados. Sushi, ramen o un arroz oriental con ingredientes locales: plátanos, ajíes, sueros. Sin duda una gran experiencia que no te puedes perder a tan solo unos pasos de nuestro apartamento
