One of the Magnificent Seven around the Queen’s Park Savannah, it was built in 1904 in the French provincial style. It was residence to the original owners, the Prada family followed by the Salvatoris, the Matouks and finally the Government of Trinidad and Tobago. It was restored in 2020 and is occupied by the National Trust of Trinidad and Tobago – 30 minute (15.2 km) drive from Green Space.

This French Proverbial styled home, was built in 1904 for Mrs Prada, the wife of the incoming Governor. This beaitiful property was recently renovated by the National Trust and returned to its former glory.

This French Provincial styled was built in 1904 by Dr and Mrs Prada and eventually acquired by the government in 1979. It may be less imposing than its neighbors but stylistically adds to the aura of the Magnificent Seven.
