Nice and unique place in Cluj-Napoca. You can get there by climbing ~150 stairs or by car.

Take a stroll to the Fortress Hill, also known as Cetatuie in Romanian. It's the highest point of Cluj-Napoca so you can see whole city from above. I really recommend to go there when the sunsets, so you will enjoy the city when the lights go on.
