When in Caracoles you’re always on the water, there is no beach, no sandy area. The water surrounding the mangrove cay is shallow, even the kids can walk around on the water safely and swim along the mangrove channel.

Get there early and rent a dinghy boat and have FUN! Its literally a little island in the middle of the Ocean with crystal clear waters. Definitively worth it !
