The food is standard fare and the service can be spotty, but the location cannot be beat. If its a nice day, eating on the veranda is a treat.

Picturesque Inn situation along the Wissahickon creek has been serving guests since the 1850s. Can be a litte tricky to find for non-locals.

Great pitstop while hiking the Wissahickon or for a visit all on its own. The place offers great food, welcoming porches in the summer, warm fireplaces in the winter and an unparalleled setting.
