This Ferry has long history. It runs every 20 minutes 7 days a week. Departing from the Portscatho side at ten past the hour, half past and ten to the hour. You can buy your tickets on the ferry, where contactless card payment is preferred. This is a beautiful scenic way to reduce fuel mileage. The ferry takes you to Trelissick Gardens and further west to such places as Falmouth and St Ives. Car returns £10

It is very hard to have a holiday on the Roseland without getting on a ferry. The main ferry is the car chain ferry the King Harry Ferry, connecting the Peninsula to the mainland and avoiding the need for a 40-minute trip by car. It links to Trelissick Gardens, Feock, and Truro beyond. Other ferries help you access and discover the area much more easily, without the need for a car. From St Mawes you can reach Place, Falmouth and connecting ferries to the Helford River, Trelissick and Flushing. There is also a water taxi for more bespoke journeys. Falriver.co.uk
