For a lazy, no-cooking simple night-in with friends or proper me-time with a book or movie, Maruta is my favorite place for a proper bento box or to-go sushi. They taste exactly the same as the ones I have had in Japan. If you love a bargain, show up at 5pm sharp and grab a bento box or sushi box at 50% off.

This market has mostly Japanese goods (which are amazing! However they do carry basic grocery items when you need them in a pinch.

A close walk away, this Japanese grocery/deli/convenience store probably has whatever it is you need! Some toiletries, snacks, a small but good selection of fresh veggies, and a deli with homemade bento, sushi and noodle options.
