I've been going to Twisted Scissors to get my hair cut for years. I was ecstatic when I found out that the founding partners of TS bought a building up the street from my studio and opened a salon that the three of them operate. I go to Anna, but they're all extremely accomplished with cut and color. The place has a funky, cool vibe that makes me feel hipper by association. This is the place to go if you want to go to extremes with your hair -- or not. They can do anything.
