Must try: Cannelloni al forno (tubular pasta baked with a meat filling and covered in tomato sauce), saltimbocca alla romana (veal, prosciutto and sage, rolled and cooked in dry white wine), and semifreddo al torroncino (frozen mousse with torrone flavor)
