Delicious Vietnamese Food. In a nicely designed restaurant. Try the crepes! Very budget--cash only! And NO SIGN OUTSIDE.

super cheap, good portions, pretty much 7-10$ to eat a meal, great if you're a dedicated pho love. try the #20 fish dish
