Lovely food with magical view over the St. Anna Bay and the world famous Queen Emma pontoon bridge! The bridge is hinged and opens regularly to enable the passage of oceangoing vessels.

The Gouverneur offers local and international cuisines for lunch or dinner. The food is excellent and they offer glutenfree and vegetarian options. Try their fresh raw tuna as an appetizer and follow up with the trio fish or the tasty Caribbean salad with chicken. If you love flan be sure to leave room for a Caribbean cream caramel flan. Reservations for dinner should be made. Service is great $$$
