The menu boasts a number of wheat free, gluten free and vegan offerings, and we have to say that upon sampling the Be Good Vegan – a dish of quinoa, brown rice, beetroot, kimchi, pumpkin, coriander, sesame seeds and cashew aioli – we were almost swayed to jump on the vegan band wagon. With various health-inspiring offerings proving tempting alternatives to the traditional café fare, one must not however overlook the classic Eggs Benedict or Portobello Mushroom hash stack, both of which are quite simply some of the best renditions in town. Also of serious consideration should be the waffles – a trademark offering at big brother Little King, these come with a variety of add ons and are well worth the indulgence. For those who don’t have time to stop and bask in the warmth of a sunny day, there’s Coffee Supreme and an alluring cabinet filled with house made treats to take away alongside various other goodies sourced from the likes of the Raw Kitchen and more.
