The most renowned Poncha bar for passion-fruit and fisherman poncha varieties! Poncha - Poncha is a traditional alcoholic drink, made with aguardente de cana (distilled alcohol made from sugar cane juice), honey, sugar, orange/lemon juice and with different fruit juices according to the version of poncha, but traditionally lemon juice is used. The more traditional versions – “à Pescador” (Fishermen style - with lemon and lemon peel) and “Tradicional” (with orange juice also) are stronger and famous for their healing power. More recently, Poncha Maracujá (with passionfruit) and Poncha Tangerina (with tangerine) made their appearance and became very popular for their softness.
