So many independent shops and restaurants, beaches, and activities, Traverse City is a fun place to explore for all ages. The National Cherry Festival is among the largest draws around the 4th of July, but there are many events year-round to enjoy.

Traverse City is a beautiful town that sits just at the edge of Lake Michigan. You walk from downtown Traverse right to the beach in a matter of minutes. Traverse City is also known as a "foodie" town... there any endless options for yummy food here. If wineries and breweries are also on your bucket list add Traverse City to your stay list.

There are many wonderful restaurants in Traverse City. Pepe Nero, Spanglish, Mama Lu’s, Red Spire Brunch House, Trattoria Stella’s, The Boat House, The Jolly Pumpkin, Poppycocks, Amical, and may others.
