Free yoga classes every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday on the South Lawn just in front of the Sheraton on the walk JBR– the hour long classes start at 7am, but it’s best to arrive early to grab a spot. All you need to do is bring a mat, towel and water. Great to start the day with Yoga by the beach!
