Found on Cold Bath Road in Harrogate, this is one of our favourite places to eat. We prefer the basement restaurant rather than the first floor as it's more intimate and cosy. Great quality food, excellent service... not too stuffy. Smart/casual dress code. We highly recommend this place. www.williamandvictoria.com
