Julie’s place is in a fantastic location! Close to the bay and lots of shops and restaurants. It’s also HUGE! It has a really big deck that’s great to have coffee in the morning. It’s super quiet and a great neighborhood with a parking spot. Julie is super friendly and really responsive :) the place has everything you need, including laundry. great spot!

Julie was a wonderful host. Her home was beautiful and such a great location. It was a nice walk to the water and downtown PB. But also not too close to all the hustle and bustle, so parking was a breeze.
Bathrooms were spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The pull out couch was also a huge plus. She is very welcoming and kind. My friend and I stayed for a whole month and could not have chosen a better place to stay or a better host!

We really enjoyed our stay at Julie's place. The location is excellent, and the area is safe and quiet. The apartment has everything you need and the pictures don't show how nice it really is. Perfect for a long-term stay!
Julie was helpful at all times. We were able to contact her with any questions or problems we had, thank you for that. Next time I am in San Diego I will not look for another place to stay and will gladly spend my time here again.
