A quirky apartment, but with all the basics you need! Jed was very easy to contact and the building itself is very safe and quiet at night. This is a great place for a solo traveller as location wise, it could not be better and it is easy to walk to lots of stuff and it is very central. xx

Jed's place was just what I needed - perfect location for a fair price.

Jed is such a nice guy and very generous and trusting. Although he was 3000 miles a way he answered emails within minutes, the location is amazing, walkable to Sunset blvd, and although it's in an apartment complex, you hardly ever see your neighbors, very private just like i like it. it was affordable and he has a nice car too, hybrid so you save on gas, this was one of my best airbnb experiences yet, b/c most airbnb people are converting small rooms to apartments and trying to make money on airbnb, nickel and diming you to the point where it's cheaper to get a hotel. But Jed rented out his actual apartment, so i didn't have to go searching for soap or paper towels, it was all ready for someone to stay in. Great experience : )
