He welcomed us into the apartment.

One day before we arrived, I was informed no access to the parking lot, as it is under construction. So I need to find a parking lot myself and pay for the entire stay, 4 days. I used the one beside Las Arenas shopping centre, parking intermodal el Rincón. As we didn’t use the car during the stay. 3 euro for 24 hours.

There is no aircon in the apartment. They say there is no need. There is a fan in the apartment. We had it on during the entire stay. We also opened the windows in the apartment, otherwise it was humid inside . However there was wind pressure noise constantly through the windows/ apartment door .. which we got used to in the end.

Location is central.

Nice apartment, well located. Close to everything you need and want. Very nice view over the city

Un apartamento, pequeño pero muy funcional, cómodo y limpio, tal cual como se describe. Está en una buena zona con transporte cercano a cualquier sitio, con gran cantidad de restaurantes y supermercados. Lo de tener parking es un plus por lo que escogí el apartamento y está en el mismo edificio lo cual es muy cómodo. A destacar el cordial trato de Julio y su esposa que son los que dan las llaves y están pendientes de tí por si necesitas algo en todo momento, lo cual es muy de agradecer.
