Several light bulbs were already burned out, plus two burned out during visit. The foldout sofa/bed, needs replaced. Springs are pushing up through the cushions. Unable to use. Not sure where to throw trash away while there. Carpeting under the dining tables and chairs made sliding chairs in and out impossible. Bathroom towel rack fell off first day followed by kitchen paper towel rack. Both were poorly installed. Smoke detector hanging out of wall in bedroom. The rest was fine. Nice pool and rec area. Local shopping, dining was excellent. Had to get code to open side entrance from the front desk. Assistance from hotel staff does not exist. Referred everything to the host. Never saw or met the host, but he responded to most questions.

place was a good deal, we booked day of and were able to check in late. other reviews are accurate, smells musty & dated decor/beds but perfect for a place to sleep after a long day at the parks!

Excelente ubicación

Jose's place was a home away from home: clean, comfortable, and roomy. It is located within 25 minutes from the theme parks, which was great! There are resturants located within 2 blocks, 3 of which gave awesome service. I would stay here again, if we venture to Orlando, Florida again in the future.
