The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

The apartment is located in the town centre of ormskirk, with the added benefit of being surrounded a by coronation park in ormskirks green flag park ,great views. Stays don't get better than our luxury canal side lodges with hot tubs. Situated in the beautiful setting of Burscough the lodges are newly finished and linked to our sister Restaurant and pub The Slipway. The cabins sleep 6 guests in total with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious lounge with sofa bed/dining room open onto modern kitchen and external area with hot tubs directly facing the peaceful canal setting. Families, groups and couple stays are all catered for in our stunning lodges.

The Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will have access to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

Spacious Rustic Cottage

Spacious rustic property with the countryside on your doorstep but within a 10 minute walk into Ormskirk town centre. Easily accessible transport routes into Liverpool, Manchester and Southport.
