Airbnb’s proposed reference by-laws for short-term rentals in strata buildings

We’ve partnered with legal professionals Messrs. Zaid Ibrahim & Co. (In association with KPMG Law) to develop reference by-laws that help you and your building manage STRA activity.These by-laws equip you with the necessary knowledge to have informed discussions with your Joint Management Bodies (JMBs) and Management Corporations (MCs). They provide a clear framework for managing STRA activities in strata buildings, covering aspects such as obtaining necessary approvals, ensuring safety compliance, and managing guest registrations.
