Enjoy a private room, living room, & bathroom in the Mission Terrace/Glen Park neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance along with a few kitchen amenities (mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker). Our family lives upstairs. The space is perfect for a couple, individuals, or close friends on a getaway. We are an 8-10 min walk to the Glen Park (BART) subway stop or a <1 min walk to the bus (and the buses run very frequently). Easy access to SF downtown & SFO. Free st parking

Northslope Studio in Bernal Heights with a Zen, Leafy Patio

Wake up to the soothing green view from this recently remodeled (mid-2023) studio nestled on a sleepy block in Bernal Heights. A peaceful backyard with a Buddha sculpture and a modernist inspired courtyard sit alongside the bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Free street parking (parallel) is available on my block and surrounding streets, not restricted, and typically easily available. Note that the in-law studio shares a common front door and foyer with the main house upstairs.
